Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

1. Who we are

This website is an independent directory that reviews and ranks AI companion apps and websites. We are not affiliated with the platforms we review unless clearly stated.

2. 18+ only

This site and many of the services it links to contain adult themes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it. By continuing you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Editorial independence and affiliate links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change our scores — rankings reflect our own hands-on testing and judgement.

4. No warranty

Information is provided "as is". Features, pricing and availability of third-party services change often, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Always confirm details on the provider's own site before purchasing.

5. Third-party services

We do not control the platforms we review. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and any transaction is strictly between you and them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or use any linked service to create content involving real people without consent or anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

8. Contact
