Dippy AI
Free character chat with a massive community library
Overview
Dippy AI is a character-chat platform with a very large library of community-created personas, from anime favourites and fantasy adventurers to romance-style partners. Characters can be browsed by trending, new and editor picks or by genre, and anyone can create and publish their own.
The headline is price: core messaging and roleplay are free with no hard message cap, and the service runs on the web as well as iOS and Android apps. An optional subscription removes ads and adds perks. It suits younger-skewing roleplay fans and casual users who want lots of characters without paying, while people looking specifically for explicit adult content will find dedicated NSFW platforms a better match.
Our Verdict
One of the best free options for broad character roleplay, though it is not built primarily for adult content.
